Returns & Exchanges
Need to return or exchange something? No problem—we’ve got your back! Here’s how it works:
- Step 1: Shoot us an email at support@argoathleisure.com with your order ID and the email address you used for the purchase.
- Step 2: We’ll handle the rest! Expect a quick response from us with the next steps.
- Step 3: Send the product back to us in its original condition. Just a few things to keep in mind:
- Keep the tags on and hold onto those receipts—they’re a must for returns.
- If you can, return the product in its original packaging. We really appreciate it!
- You’ve got 14 days to return your item (some exceptions may apply).
A couple of things to note:
- Accessories: Sorry, no returns or exchanges on these.
- Refunds: We’ll refund the full amount (minus any shipping fees, if applicable) within 2 days of receiving the product back in its original condition.
- The refund will be processed within 24 hours and should hit your account in 7-10 working days, depending on your bank.
- International Orders: At the moment, we don’t offer exchanges or returns on international orders.
Refunds
Getting your refund is easy-peasy:
- Once we receive your return, we’ll keep you updated on the refund process.
- You’ll get the full amount back within 3 to 10 days, straight to your original payment method.
- For COD orders, we’ll send you a link to help you get your refund quickly.
