Cancellation Policy

We get it—plans change! Here’s the scoop on how you can cancel your order with Argo Athleisure.

1. Cancelling Your Order

  • Before It Ships: If you need to cancel, just let us know within 24 hours of placing the order (as long as we haven’t shipped it yet). Shoot us an email at support@argoathleisure.com with your order info, and we’ll take care of it!
  • After It Ships: Once your order’s on its way, we can’t cancel it. But no worries—you can still return or exchange it once it arrives. Just check out our Return Policy for the steps.

2. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Cancelled Before Shipping: If you catch us before we ship, we’ll issue a full refund straight back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • After Shipping: If it’s already shipped, cancellations aren’t possible. But returns are!

3. Special Cases

  • Some items, like custom orders or final sale products, aren’t eligible for cancellation. If that’s the case, we’ll mention it on the product page.

4. Need to Make a Change?

  • If you need to update an address or swap an item, give us a shout within 24 hours of ordering, and we’ll do our best to help. Once it’s processed, though, we can’t make any promises!
